Robert Pattinson (RPattz named by his fans) was spotted last December 19, 2008 with short hair while leaving the Smashbox studios in Hollywood California. Fans are wondering if Robert will shoot the Twilight’s next sequel New Moon with his short hair. But according to reports, New Moon will start shooting on March which will give Rob’s hair time to regrow. So don’t worry fans, Edward Cullen’s voluptuous hairdo will still remain in New Moon.

According to Rob it was nice that fangirls like him as a vessel for screaming, screaming sessions.

Robert Pattinson (22) was born on May 13, 1986 in London, England. He’s much interested in music and playing musical instruments such as guitar and keyboards. Rob played the role of Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter’s Book 4 Goblet of Fire which gain him popularity among girls. Cedric Diggory was killed in the Harry Potter and fans are waiting him to shoot another movie. Luckily, he was chosen to portray Edward Cullen in famous vampire novel of Stephanie Meyer’s Twilight because of his youthfulness and angular face.

Robert Pattinson was chosen among other three stars (Hayden Christensen, Orlando Bloom and Gerard Way) to portray the character of Edward Cullen. Gerard Way was the first pick of Stephanie Meyer but it seems Gerard did not resemble for a young 17 year old Edward Cullen.
