c sarah na ba talaga? i think d rin xa bagay for the role. Napakabait ng image nya e, parang khit magtaray man xa, di pa din bagay. I think toni g. will suit on the character. ska d naman kailangan ng fresh looks or teens, kasi nung ginawa namn ng mga original character yun, di na cla teens. Ung f4, cla sam, billy c, christian and mark bautista. They can be pinoy f4 tlaga in the future and make concert. They can act nman, i’ve watched billy and christian in your song, mark in mmk, and sam, lahat ng movie nila ni toni, and all of them have the potentials to play the roles. Pero kung c sarah na tlga, pwedeng wag nman c jlc at rayver. I think jlc-sarah tandem click most on screen. Pra di pagsawaan, and to rayver nman, di tlg cla bagay e! Mark B. fits the role kung c sarah ang sanchai, besides, cla nman ang orig. love team. OK nman cla on screen, bgyan lang ng tamang role, and i can see that this will be the great chance.

pwede cguro victor basa, robi! and the mike/mikel partner of sarah in 1st teleserye. kaso di marurunong umarte toh. sbagay meek and dedma lng namn character ni lei so kya na cguro nila. importante lang ung kilig factor pag tinitignan mo lei.
kay ximen, hmm cno bang simpleng babaero dating. di bagay c sam, piolo and jericho i think. too old na. john lloyd is a good actor pero parang d sya f4 material type. pero malay din natin bka pwede sya ximen he always can re invent himself anyway.

SARAH GERONIMO FOR SHAN CAI?! What?!?!?! No way!!!
For me, the most suitable Shan Cai would be KIM CHIU hands down. Sarah’s WAY TOO OLD for the role, okay? Plus, Kim’s the only person who best resembles Shan Cai. I also think she’s talented to be Shan Cai. I think Heart Evangelista and Shaina Magdayao would do a really good job also.
As for Dao Ming Si, I don’t think Rayver Cruz should portray him. I’m sorry, but I don’t think he’s capable enough. I strongly believe Jake Cuenca will do a good job portraying Dao Ming Si’s character. His features are aristocratic, just like Ah Si’s. And when he smiles, it’s really nice.
I super duper agree with Bryan Mirabueno’s suggestions for the casts, but here are my suggestions also.
Hua Ze Lei: ROBI DOMINGO, HANDS DOWN
Mei Zuo: Enchong Dee or Luis Manzano
Xi Men: I believe Sam Milby can. I can’t really think of anyone else.
I also agree with the rest. They should get a funny one for Qing He. And other suggestions:
Shan Cai’s mom: Ai Ai Delas Alas
Ah Si’s mom: Ruffa Gutierrez or Carmina Villaroel. Although Chin Chin would do a good job also, ’cause she did when she played the mom of JB Berenguer’s mom.
Xiao You: Someone kikay! Alex Gonzaga, anyone?
Nina Jose as Teng Tang Jing is perfect. Also Shan Cai’s dad.
As for Ah Si’s sister, get someone who looks young, but at the same time fierce, and a bit more violent than Ah Si.
Sorry if this is long, but I hope my suggestions would help. I’ve loved Meteor Garden since I was 7, NEVER DARED miss an episode. I’m 14 now, and I’m still not over the whole Meteor Garden fever. I swear I’m gonna cry if this becomes a failure. But I really do believe our own actors and actresses are capable of handling this nicely.
And please please please make Jake Cuenca Dao Ming Si, I think most people agree with that.

teka qng si dao ming lang.. kailangan mukhang maangas! maybe like, argh.. nakakinis, lahat nmn kasi ng lalaki dito puro pa good boy ang dating.. walang mala geoff eigenman ang dating.. but geoff can’t be.. he looks to old for this. basta im certain ROBI for LEI! siguro pwede si Ejay Falcon kung kaya niyang mag angas with maintaining his good looks!! please do this remake.. i’m really looking forward to this.. kailangan ntn ipagmalaki ang acting ng pinoy and please not “bulalakaw sa hardin” dang! it sounds gross… maybe pick better title.. d naman kailangan na translation ng meteor garden e.. sana tlga may ipantapat kayo kay Kim Bum ng Korea!! Mas bagay kay Maja ang Shan Cai…very Filipina ang dating at fit sya sa role.
Si Enchong Dee naman as Dao. Bagay sa kanya ung role at lakas ng dating nya sa mga teeners.
As for the other cast ng F4, I like Robi Domingo to be included and ung guy sa Milo commercial.

sarah g. is definitely perfect for the role. she is very versatile kaya i know kaya nya magportray as shan cai. john lloyd also deserves the role as dao ming si. he’s such a great actor and this remake will give him a chance to prove his versatility as well, na hindi puro good boy roles lng ang kaya niyang gawin. he can be tough as dao ming si…let’s discover a new side of them both when it comes to acting. this would be very interesting. i hope both of them would get the part. as in maging final na. and why not the kanto boys as the rest of F3?hehehe

Kung gusto talaga nila ng effective characters to portray those roles i’d say
1. SHAN CAI – Kim Chui is the best! kabuilt pa nya si barbie
2. Dao Mng- Oyo Boy sotto
3. Lei – Gerald anderson (for once hindi naman sila magkatuluyan nakakaumay na eh)
4. Xi Men – derek ramsay or kahit sino na, gusto ko lang din makita si derek everyday sa tv (LMAO)
5. The “4th” guy – ewan siguro pwede na si
6. Chin – anne curtis/heart/nikki gil/kahit sino first bet ko lang si anne.
but for the main characters… dao, shancai, and lei…. i’d say oyo, kim and gerald… unlike sarah kung sya si shancai kamuka nya si eugene domingo.PEACE and LOVE

THERE ARE NO POSSIBLE ACTORS FIT FOR THE ROLES OF F4. MUCH BETTER IF ABS WOULD CONDUCT AN AUDITION FOR THESE ROLES, AND WHO KNOWS? THEY MIGHT GET BOYS WHO COULD BE AS BETTER AS THE OTHER F4′s OF THE PAST VERSIONS.
IF I REMEMBER IT RIGHT, TAIWAN’s METEOR GARDEN MADE AN AUDITION FOR THEIR VERSION, AND SO AS KOREA’s BOF.
ALL THOSE GUYS EVENTUALLY ROSE TO STARDOM AFTER DOING THE SERIES, KAILANGAN LANG TALAGA NA BAGAY SA KANILA YUNG ROLES, DAPAT GUWAPO LAHAT! YEP! LAHAT NG KUKUNIN NILANG F4. WAG SILANG MAG-BASE SA KUNG SINO LANG ANG KILALA NG TAO DAHIL KUNG GANON PARANG MAWAWALAN NA NG INTERES ANG TAO NA PANOORIN YUNG REMAKE KUNG PURO KILALANG MUKHA YUNG MAGBIBIDA DITO.

Seriously?!? Why would we make another remake of hana yori dango (japanese)? There’s already meteor garden(taiwanese) and boys over flowers(korean). Filipinos look like a bunch of copiers. Talaga si Sarah? How unfitting. She will not be able to do justice for a character such as San Cai. We need to stop remaking every single korean, chinese, or spanish drama and focus on creating our own ORIGINAL dramas. Hindi ko sinasabi ang dapat gawin ng ABS CBN, but they need to be more original. Also, with the casting of Sarah Geronimo, that is just plain laziness. Couldn’t they have found someone else? They always cast the same 4 girls over and over again. Talaga, Kim Chui is cute, but ang daming tao sa Pinas, wala bang casting calls? Parang binibigay lang ang roles to these girls, kahit hindi fit for them. I know when this show airs, we will be the laughing stock of all of Asia. Abs-cbn’s decision to make this show not only reflects on them, but all Filipinos. I’m so embarrassed. It’s just like when we tried to make a twilight series. Please ABS CBN, rethink this decision

yeah,,,hindi fit maging dao ming si or gu jun pyo si john lloyd cruz…si mark bautista pwede pa…mas bagay pa sa role, tsaka may kilig silang dalawa…tsaka kung pipili dapat ng f4 ang abs dpat ung bagay tlaga sa role. hindi porket malakas lang ang mga artist na kukunin nila un na un..ksi pano lalbas na maganda ang meteor garden kung hindi nmn bagay sa role at sa bida???
