Willie Revillame’s appearance on Yes Magazine’s January 2009 issue is now receiving negative comments regarding the showcase of his possessions on the magazine.

The January 2009 issue is featuring the famous Wowowee host together with his luxurious properties which were the products of his several years of hard work in the industry. Willie said on his show that amidst of all his achievements and possessions, his feet stays on the ground and Willie Revillame before is still the Willie Revillame standing with success today.

The showcase includes his houses at Corinthian Hills, Capitol Hills, Ferndale, Tagaytay City; six of his eleven luxury cars, two yachts, and a lot more. Aside from featuring his properties, the issue also talks about Willie Revillame – his life and some myths surrounding the Wowowee host.

Recently, Willie Revillame, as well as the Yes Magazine issue, are now receiving some negative feed backs regarding the showcase of the host’s properties. News say that Willie Revillame seems to be bragging about his properties to the public with the issue. He is also compared to some of the big names in the industry which also have the same properties as him who are just being quite despite of their “must-be-proud” possessions.

Friends of the Wowowee host like Direk Bobot are now giving some comments to defend Willie on these false accusations regarding his appearance on the issue. He said that it was not actually Willie’s decision to be featured on the magazine but was because of the demand for him to appear on the magazine.

Mariel Rodriguez, Willie’s co-host on the noontime show also said that famous foreign showbiz icons are usually being featured with their properties which is already common in the industry.

This January 2009 issue of the Yes Magazine is said to be the best seller among all the other issues released on its eight-year history of publication selling 150,000 copies and an additional 15,000 copies which is about to be released on January 10 giving a total circulation of 160,00 magazine copies.
